A unique event exploring the science of cats – big and small!!
Friday, November 15th 2024
8pm – 9pm
Tullamore Court Hotel
We all know that cats rule the internet and many houses! Cats big and small are endlessly fascinating. Whether it’s the lions and tigers who roam in Africa and India or the tabby cats who are in our house, they are fascinating creatures.
Join us for an evening to explore cats big and small with two experts. Dr Clare Meade who runs the Cat Hospital and star of the RTE Series The Cat Hospital and Gerry Creighton who worked for a long time with Dublin Zoo and was a star of the RTE Series The Zoo. Both of them have stories to tell about their experiences with cats big and small and we guarantee you’ll never look at the little lion in your living room the same way again!!
Midlands Science Festival is supported by the Research Ireland Discover Programme as part of national Science Week. Please note a ticket is for one person.
