Supported by Offaly County Council Arts Office, Hullaballoo ! Offaly’s Children Arts Festival is coordinated by Birr Theatre & Arts Centre & Esker Arts, with Creative Places Edenderry, Offaly’s Library Service, Clara Family Resource Centre and Kilcormac Development Association. festivals workshops and family performances take place in Birr, Clara, Edenderry, Kilcormac & Tullamore during the festival. We endeavour to provide a balance of workshops for primary school children are, of course welcome to family shows. We programme quality workshops and performances that will see children engaged in arts activity and showcase theatre for young audiences and develop their arts interest.
