Set against the backdrop of the tumultuous Irish Civil War and based on actual events which took place in the grounds of Birr Castle in January 1923, this poignant story follows the fate of three young Offaly lads whose lives were tragically cut short.
Written by Michael Donegan and co –directed with Laura Mc Dowall with musical direction by Greg Ward, the production uses music, movement and song to powerfully explore themes of friendship, sacrifice, and political upheaval.
