As merchants of happiness in the Irish Midlands, since 2002, Françoise Saliber and Alan Duffy, founders of Chocolate Brown, are passionate about offering an experience that will enhance their customers’ life, by bringing together people, coffee, food, interiors, art and atmosphere. Your own little piece of Heaven.

Chocolate Brown’s coffee blend is made of the finest quality green beans, coming solely from new season harvests and is precision-roasted. A drinking delight. Staff, customers, management, suppliers and contractors are all part of an auld big family, with a same motto, ‘Let’s make this fun!’

In 2025, after years of research, and to complement Chocolate Brown’s coffee drinking experience, we bring back a central tradition to English speaking countries, quality tea drinking.
Our new tea menu offer well balanced, finely scented, delicate and wonderfully indulgent teas, perfectly fitting the Chocolate Brown motto: Smiles and pleasures.
Despite the rise of the cultural phenomenon of coffee drinking, tea drinking remains an enjoyable daily ritual. We lead our customers, in all our locations, to embark on this journey of discovery of the soothing and comforting pleasures of various origins, crus, blends and flavours.
